Hey Hiroto..remember when Phil and I came to visit you in Japan? That was fun. I went to Disneyland in California with Shannan last week…you made our list of people htat would be fun to be at Disneyland with, it’s a hard list to get onto…
Speaking of In-N-Out Burger, they have made it into Northern Cali (I found them in San Jose when I was at SGI for OpenGL Training). That was a fun trip. Ya know that I only have 9 mo left in TX (and the military), you better get back here before then and we’ll get a big breakfast…

What’s floating in your soup? That looks like much heartier miso than I get at the sushi places here.
I had halibut sushi yesterday - that probably is the most “fishy” sushi I’ve eaten.

It’s called “Gun-modoki.” It is deep-fried tofu mixed with vegetables. It’s really good.
Since you conquered halibut sushi, your next step would be salmon eggs.

Didn’t I have that at the Y100/plate sushi place that we went? I thought I tried at least one of everything, including the natto.

(chuckle) I am honored to hear that! Now, can we add In-N-Out Burger as a part of our next Disneyland trip plan, too?
